James F. Mackey III
James F. Mackey III is a cybersecurity industry leader focused on program building and security operations. He brings his expertise from a 13-year tenure as a U.S. Army Cyber Warfare Operator. As a mentor with the Multi-State Information Sharing & Analysis Center (MS-ISAC), he guides municipal employees nationwide, sharing his wealth of cybersecurity knowledge. Residing in Tewksbury, MA, he dutifully serves as a Town Selectman, demonstrating his commitment to service beyond the digital realm. He has spent nearly a decade leading the Cyber Yankee Exercise, an initiative focused on defending the critical infrastructure of New England states. James, a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), showcases a multifaceted career that spans military service and cybersecurity, establishing him as a pivotal leader in the field.
Michael J. Frank
Michael J. Frank is the Deputy Chief Technology Officer for the Department of the Navy, responsible for identifying and assessing emerging IT and cybersecurity technology for the Navy and the Marine Corps. Prior to his D-CTO role, he was a cybersecurity and technology Principal with the Boston Consulting Group, leading strategic consulting engagements across multiple industries including the federal government, financial institutions, health care, and the insurance industry. Maj Frank is also a commissioned officer in the Marine Corps Reserves, currently serving with the Marine Innovation Unit (MIU), focused on accelerating the development of advanced capabilities specifically related to cybersecurity. Prior to MIU, Maj was the Executive Officer for the Defensive Cyber Operations Company based in Ayer, MA. He has participated in Cyber Yankee Exercise, an initiative focused on defending critical infrastructure in MA, CT, NH, RI, and VT, for the last five years, supporting and leading the Red Cell. He holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Washington and Jefferson College, an MBA from the Darden School of Business at the University of Virginia, and a Master of Science degree in Information Security from Carnegie Mellon University. He also holds a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) and GIAC Information Security Professional (GISP) certification.
AJ Debole
AJ Debole is a seasoned expert in cloud security, incident response, and IT management. As a Field CISO for a large cloud services provider, AJ’s influence extends to guiding Fortune 100 clients toward success by developing security programs and risk management strategies for complex multi-cloud environments. Before transitioning to the private sector, AJ was the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts Executive Office of Health and Human Services (EOHHS), and an Army National Guard Officer in a Cyber unit. AJ holds several security-related certifications including CISM, GPEN, GCIH, GSNA, and Security+.
Daniel Turner
Daniel Turner is the Director of Information Technology at American Consumer Credit Counseling (ACCC), a national non-profit organization. With over a decade of leadership experience in the non-profit sector, he has been a driving force behind the implementation of technological systems that enhance the experiences of the organization’s nationwide client base and streamline internal operations. Daniel’s expertise in disruptive digital initiatives, acquired during his early involvement with tech start-ups, is complemented by his leadership background in the United States Army. He holds a master’s degree in Information Management Systems, a graduate certificate in Cybersecurity, and a bachelor’s degree in Biology from Harvard University. His innovative use of cutting-edge technologies and strategic counsel has set new benchmarks for leveraging technology to make a positive impact in the non-profit sector. Daniel also holds a Security+ certification from The Computing Technology Industry Association.
Naomi Doherty
Naomi Doherty is an accomplished professional with over 20 years of experience in program management, specializing in Class I and Class II medical device development. Naomi has served as the Head of Program Management at Medical Corporation, Smith and Nephew Orthopedics, and most recently at Alert Innovation. Her vast experience and skills in program management have been honed over two decades, encompassing hardware and software development within FDA-regulated environments. Throughout her career, Naomi has launched a diverse range of programs spanning various product types, including clinical chemistry, blood gas analyzers, orthopedic devices, software as a medical device, and cloud-based software products. Beyond her professional achievements, Naomi is recognized for her dedication to innovation, fostering collaborative environments, and achieving sustainable outcomes. Her vision and leadership have been instrumental in driving programs within the medical device field. Naomi holds an undergraduate degree in Biology from the University of New Hampshire and an MBA from Bentley University. She holds a Program Management Professional (PMP) Certification.
